Our family has lived in one of the properties managed by RE/MAX Home and Land for the past 2 years and have begun our 3rd lease here. Our experience has been starkly different from many of the reviews posted. The application process was comparable to other property management companies we explored. The website is clear regarding the application and approval process. We pay our rent on time and have had no troubles with management. Any time there is a maintenance issue, need, or request, someone is sent out from the maintenance company they contract with, usually within 1-3 days depending on the emergent need of the issue or personal scheduling desires. The few times required, maintenance does a great job and is very polite. Our experiences with Tami have also been pleasant in the past, during annual walk through inspections and in general correspondence/maintenance needs. Overall, we have been happy here and feel that we have been treated well. We take care of the property and the management has been respectful of us.

Absolutely love this rental company! We have been in our place for 5 years and just bought a house and so we are moving out. Over the last 5 years, Tami and the team have always been incredibly responsive whenever we have had issues, they communicate efficiently, and have done a great job managing our place. I have heard horror stories of other property managers around town and I’m beyond thankful that we have never experienced anything like it.

I am a first-time renter out on my own. As a college student with limited resources, RE/MAX has helped greatly in finding a nice place for an affordable price. I have lived comfortably, and they have communicated very well with me as the tenant and are very helpful in giving me a better understanding of leases, policies, and real estate procedures.
