I've known Cory for a decade or two now and got to know him primarily through the board of our HOA. I've used him on several real estate transactions and have recommended him regularly. But when I retired and sold my dental business, it was recommended that I sell my office building in the deal. So, I contacted Cory to handle my part of the transaction. He spent a fair amount of time going through all the details and came up with a sell price I thought was fair. After standing back and looking at the overall deal, Cory's recommendation was to back out of the building part of the deal and keep my property. He felt the long-term appreciation and rental favored maintaining ownership. I followed his advice, kept the office and it has been one of my best investments. Cory gave me both great real estate and business advice. It cost him a commission, but I will refer to no one else. And with Nathan following in his footsteps, it looks like there will be a legacy of competent management.
