When my wife and I moved to Sequim Michael and his team helped us purchase our first house. We downsized sold and purchased a new house. We now needed to upsize to bring my parents in with us so sold and bought again. At every single step of the way Michael, Molly and Catherine have made the transition smooth as silk. From a financial standpoint I have found that Michael treats the transitions as if it was his money on the line and EVERYTIME I have been surprised at his knowledge of the market, his understanding of our needs and his skill at consumating a deal so that we win every time.
