Mike turned my backyard shed into a workout studio with insulation, drywall, ceiling lights, a vent fan, and flooring. He understood what I wanted and made it happen without setbacks. He's clear about the timeline and price. All the work looks great and now my workout studio is dreamy! No one can believe it started as a regular shed when they see photos of it. Will work with him again.

Only got one star because none is not an option. Started a job that I paid for. Never finished, unresponsive. Most work done by unexperienced subs. One hooked washer hose up incorrectly resulting in leak that mold and need for drywall repair. Workmanship by owner is shoddy at best. Job is not finished and now he claims that he is not going to finish it as it is "costing" him too much to keep making trips to my house to fix things. He comes out unprepared, doesn't bring needed material or tools and as a result gets nothing done. A one week job has stretched into over 3 months and still isn't done. Now it looks like I am going to have to borrow money to find some one else to put my house back together. BEWARE of this guy!!
