This company was the worst experience with home depot services to date. They were initially late by one week, cancelling at the last minute. Then, after showing up late for our second appointment, they told their single employee (for our multiple bathrooms) that he would be on a service call and would not be able to work full days.

Furthermore, their office staff was rude and showed no incentive for customer support. As I am trying to reach them right now, their phone line is busy with no option to leave a message. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
