Stellar experience with Eric! I work a lot in and around the Shorewood community of condos and apartments in Vancouver for many years and have worked with Renaud Electric and many others on lots of occasions. That said, Eric is by far the best tech around, renewed my faith humanity and is absolutely professional, humble, kind and so excellent & fast at his job. I can’t recommend him enough. Our technician, Cash, was friendly, knowledgeable, & did a great job. He was here for routine maintenance but we also had a broken part on 1 of the units. He immediately placed an order for it & explained the process. We've always had great service from Renaud Electric.

Thanks to Renaud Electric Heating and Cooling for going above and beyond in solving an issue with our air-conditioning. On one of the super hot days when they must have had lots of calls, Kimber fit us into their schedule, and Gary arrived to make repairs. Thank you, Gary for your extra time and effort in finding a solution to our problem.
