I went into the shop as the first time gun buyer. I asked my questions about guns and these people answered every one of them and went out of their way to show me their firearms and to show me how they work and gave me great advice. The customer service is just terrific and you feel like you've known the people that work here for years. Even though at that time I did not find what I wanted but I will be going back and buying my next firearm there

Easily the best customer service I have received while shopping for a new/used firearm. I am picky and ask a lot of questions and the employee helping me out responded great to my questions and was very patient. Great prices for items as well! I will continue to make a 40 minute drive just to use this shop.
