I had an awesome experience at this location. I appreciate the patience and knowledgeable customer service of Mr Brown. I would say I’m impressed with the exceptional handling and making me feel at ease in picking out the right products for redecorating my place. Now I just wish he was at Starbucks so my coffee would be right in the morning :) Thank you for the expertise and making me feel welcome 🙏🏿

My husband & I went to rent-a-center looking to purchase a couch. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Mr. Brown. He was very kind & helpful. He helped us locate the couch we were hoping to buy & quickly got us through the paperwork! We will definitely be back to purchase more for our home!

I love the customer service here. Mr. Brown has been upfront and very helpful with myself and my family when renting a TV from the store. Mr. Brown is always in a positive mood and makes it very welcoming to talk to him . Great guy great store. Thank you Rent A Center in Danta Rosa Ca
