The manager of the store on Francis Dennis has done everything possible to go out of his way to make it as difficult as possible to do anything with RAC. I get paid on Wednesday and asked if I could do automatic payments on Thursday to make sure y'all get paid and he told me that's not possible I just need to budget better.

I have never seen a group of more incompetent people. They were unable to deliver on the day that was promised because the main buyer was not on the lease. Then we resolved the issue. I was sent a review that I filled out to reflect the service I was given. I then received a call from the store manager saying that If i didn't want to review them higher. That they no longer service our location even though the contract was already signed and delivery was already set and payment already made, the manager then said that i could go to the valley location because they might service us. Without saying the contract would be canceled and our money back.

The at the store on Francis in Spokane, WA were awesome! They worked with me to get what I wanted at a price that fit my budget. Definitely will be returning to finish decorating my new house!
