Beware of the shady lady! Unprofessional, dishonest and not operating within the boundaries of the Landlord Tenant Act for WA. RCW 59.18 Before you think about calling or working with this company, you should ask who is currently managing this Real Estate office. If it is still managed by JoLynn Dobney, disregard the 1 star rating. I would take the star away if I could and contact the owners but I was told he passed away.

Great group of individuals who work there. Very efficient and timely in getting answers to us when needed.

They say they had to up our rent due to the expenses and maintenance of the house we live in.. yet in 3 years they only had to fix one thing. And that took them over 3 months to do.. we have always paid and r great tenants do not recommend renting from these people.
