I was having some issues with some stuff in my apartment and because of it my toilet and sink were not available. But Spivey was able to get me a hotel for some time and they fixed everything that was needed in my apartment. They responded professionally and in a timely matter!! I would highly recommend Spivey to anyone and everyone!! They are in my opinion the best rental company in grays harbor!! 😊

So far the experience is pretty amazing. I’m one of those people that wants to be as hands off and uninvolved as possible and they’re willing to accommodate that. Spivey Rental Group has only really contacted me about slightly more serious issues regarding the house, those issues being over $500. Everything seems to be going good, get my payments on time and tax documents at the end of the year 👍

Renting from Spivey has been awesome! That are quick to respond to questions and help in unplanned situations. We had a tree from the neighbors fall into the rental property, a pretty big tree, and they were on it! Great service, great team!
