My son paid both rent and deposit on a house via this company. It wasn't until he was going to move in that he realized how many things were wrong with this property. He spoke with the couple in the office at this location and was told that they would return his rent and deposit when they found another tenant. They did find another tenant shortly thereafter, charging them both rent and deposit, and then informed my son they would not give his money back. So they got deposits and rent from both people for this property. When asked to at least return the deposit, they refused. They stated there were fees for utilities and relisting the property. There were no fees for utilities as my son never moved in. Also, it doesn't take $1100 to relist a property on the internet. They refused to give him any amount of money back. Also, they could have told my son that they would not have given him his money back, instead of lying to him, and he possibly would have went ahead and moved in so as not to lose $2300. So beware of renting anything through this company as they are renting houses with problems that they don't tell people about and they lie to you as well as keep your money.

1/16/18 - You notice in Randy's response he never mentioned anything about the condition of the house. That's because he knows there are problems with it. Also, he is lying, yet again, when he states that I wanted all the money back. I asked him four (4) times to do the right thing and at least give him his deposit back as he had collected deposits from two (2) different people. He refused. He uses the word "blackmail". If I had never spoken with him at all it is still my right to post a negative review, so there is no "blackmail". What an outlandish thing to say. Additionally, he does not have the legal right to collect 18 months rent from my son when he has already rented the house to someone else. His lease becomes null and void. The only way he could have succeeded with this is if he just let the house sit, on purpose, to collect rent from my son. Oh, yes, he does his job well. Take money from people. That's what it's all about, isn't it? With all this being said, I have told my son that he needs to think more carefully before he makes such hasty decisions. Hopefully, he has learned his lesson from this experience. However, if I have prevented one person from making the same mistake then this negative review is worth it.
