I have been with RentLucky as an owner for around 10 years. They are the Property Manager for all of my rentals here in Washington State. They are fantastic and I highly recommend RentLucky to other rental owners. They find my tenants, get them under contract, collect rent and even facilitate maintenance and repairs as needed. Stephanie at RentLucky is my main contact and liason with my tenants. She is excellent!! I have also worked with Shelly in selling a rental, well over asking price!, a couple years ago and Rob who coordinates any repairs.

As a small apartment owner, I am extremely happy with RentLucky. Having had three other property managers, RentLucky has been my favorite because they include me in all decisions and provides that personal touch I want from a property manager. Recommend highly if you want a company that includes you in the renting process or takes it completely over if you just want a competent manager to cover all issues and not be involved.
