I went here over five years ago and I have never forgotten how disrespectful Steve was towards me…, I never posted it because at the time I felt pretty insecure about stepping up and speaking out… I came across this looking for a chiropractor for a friend, and I thought I need to speak up…, Steve had no problem taking the money for my care as I was in a car accident but he was rude and demeaning toward me and it felt quite bullying.., I hope he’s treating others better then I felt I was treated…
Come here if you want to feel uncomfortable when you are trying to find some. Professionalism and customer care can not be found here. The front desk worker does not communicate. The most you'll hear, quite aggressively, is how to "go online and see how many visits are included with your insurance premium" because she can not help you. When you do, make sure you understand those 10 that may show are not covered until you have met your deductible, which my online insurance was not very specific about. But I'm sure it would be something their staff hears/deals with a thousand times- probably posted a sign about it somewhere but does not mention it. I've stood at the front desk, scheduling out service for the following month, thinking I had 10 body adjustments included, and when they were not, I still never heard a word about my accruing account balance.
When I had no additional appointments scheduled, nearly a half year after my initial consult, in the MAIL, I quickly received a bill from a third party for close to $1,000. The way the doctor spoke of money and it's importance (so she can pay for her new jeep, 5 bedroom house on the eastside and trips to Hawaii for her family of 5 mind you.) You would think there would have been mention of trying to collect some payment while I was there, not from a third party that still asks to send the check directly to their office. Then, after I do send a check for partial payment, it clears their bank, and my account balance shows no note of any check or credit. It is still nearly $1,000, but my account number and all were on that memo.
Go somewhere that will take care of you and the core of your pain! That will think about your needs instead of their own.
