I recently visited this office because I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. I first went for a consultation and Dr, Hayes was amazing! Her and the younger girl from the office (sadly I didn’t catch her name) were very kind and really seemed like they cared about me and my care. And they were funny which made the situation so much better. 😁 Everyone loves to laugh…. Well they finished my consultation which was very quick and easy! Then they scheduled my wisdom teeth removal a few days after. The day of my appointment I was very nervous, but the anesthesiologist that worked with me was there before my removal explaining everything in very good detail, she was SO NICE and professional.
The only thing I did not like was the oral surgeon did not explain anything to me (I know I already got explained to by the anesthesiologist) but I felt as if the oral surgeon barely spoke any words to me, he came in the room and stood behind me, the only reason I was able to see his face was because of his reflection from the screen in the room. I did not like this, he did not come in to introduce himself or anything, just “alright let’s get started” kind of thing. I thought this was strange considering he was gonna be the one doing the removal and that made me feel uneasy… I was told he is an independent contractor and doesn’t only work at this office so I wouldn’t consider this an issue with Modern Dentistry, more so an issue with him. Overall it was a great experience at this dentist and I’m currently recovering very well . 👏🏼
