Very good store. I looked around and Renz had the best prices and nobody came close. His installer was fast and very nice. I am very happy with the flooring and service.

This place is a rip off.
He made a contract with me for 5700. Ended up using the underlining that my HOA didn’t approve (he new the condition and signed it). Had to turn the floor down and use another underlining that costed $1000. I understood I had to pay for the materials (also $300 for paint that he paid). So I was more than happy to pay him 7K. But he maid me to pay $8200 which was the full price for his mistake, although he agreed with the HOA that he won’t make me pay for it.

Ray and his team are wonderful to work with and do an excellent job at a fair price. We purchased our vinyl flooring for our bathroom and kitchen through them in 2020. We had our original red oak hardwood floors repaired, stained, and refinished through Renz Flooring in January of 2020, and they just finished installing the same floors in the new addition we added on during the pandemic. Transition between the old and new floors is seamless- the color match is spot on. Pricing did come in a little higher than the initial quote, but given that the initial price WAS only a quote and we asked for additional sealants to be applied that was to be expected. Will be using Renz again in the future without question and highly recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Ray!!
