Always fun shopping here. Today, I went in looking to get another set of used joycons for the switch. Then I saw they had the color I wanted on a used switch they were selling. They offered to switch the colors out for me without me even asking. Super good customer service!

I've only been here once, and will likely look here again, but just make sure you carefully look over the model of anything used to ensure it's exactly what they're selling it as. I came in asking for a DualShock 3 controller and was sold a Sixaxis controller (the PS3 controller lacking in rumble function) for the same price. Although the controller functions well after a good cleaning, it isn't exactly what I was looking for and that is a disappointment.
