Having thought this was a website I could support veterans like myself by purchasing product that directly supports us, I am very disappointed and did not realize I would never get my product I purchased. March 17, 2023 I purchased $80.00 worth of product and here we are April 23, 2023 still waiting on my order. I attempted twice utilizing the company website customer service email to request a confirmation and status update and did not receive any response back. Overall based on this experience I hope to spread the message and hopefully no one else goes through this process.

Great service provided to me and other friends of mine who needed professional assistance with initial claims and appeals. These guys are phenomenal and go the distance with you. The one star on another post was from someone that did not know what this service is.
