Garage closes at 6:30. I’m stranded

Felt pretty secure and not very expensive when paying through an app. In walking distance of Climate pledge arena and Space Needle. Easy to get to, and plenty of parking spaces.

I contacted them to dispute a parking ticket and initially received no response. After multiple attempts, calling various numbers and waiting on the line for a long time, I finally reached someone. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was very rude and disrespectful. The ticket amount is insanely high and their customer service is terrible.
