Service: CRV buyback Waited in line for over an hour, they only service one customer at a time. Then without warning, everything stops for an hour for the sole employee to take lunch from 12pm-1pm. Other customers had been in line for over 2.5 hours. When I called the supervisor to express my displeasure I was told that it has always been this way.
But just because you have always done a job wrong and disrespectfully doesn't mean you have to do it wrong and disrespectfully forever.
The truth about this matter is that it doesn't effect that many people and they are mostly working class. But this facility has the ability to service 5-10 vehicles at a time and they choose not to. That they choose to only service one customer at time insinuates that they do not care about the people who use that service.
