Seems odd that their customers are paying and not getting the service they are paying for, all the while if you Google map search of this place, you will see a real nice personal jet at their headquarters. I'll bet that place does not get skipped.

Terrible service, changes rules and pickup without notification and hasn’t picked up recycling in Klickitat County now for 4.5 weeks. The county should find a new service provider that cares.

Very terrible service, did not pick up our recycling on Monday, did not pick up our trash on Wednesday. Now we just have a pile of trash in our front yard that they may or may not pick up next week. This is not the first time we have been skipped and I have called multiple times before to confirm we have an active account.
