Took my very expensive gaming PC into them after I couldn't find what was causing random crashes, rather than assuming he knew the issue Chris tested all the different parts and found out what it was. He gave me a great deal on a motherboard they had in stock and fixed everything very quickly. You can trust they know how to work on high end PC's.
