We are very satisfied with the service we received from RR. Getting an estimate via email to getting the service completed was quick and easy. I appreciated the attention to detail and the very polite demeanor of Maggie and Josh. We've never had a repairperson show up early and the cost to come in below estimate! We plan to use RR again and will encourage others to do the same - they won't be disappointed!

I hired Required Repairs to replace my older key locks with new keyless locks and program my sprinklers. Maggie at RR took the time to help me purchase the right locks for me and my needs as well as the matching door handles (something I wouldn’t have thought of on my own). Josh was extremely helpful with showing me how my sprinkler system worked and walking me through the process in case I wanted to make changes in the future. Josh was also extremely professional (and quick) at replacing the locks and stayed longer to assist me in programming the locks to my phone. Also, huge Kudos to Chuck who took time to stop by days later to help me when I was having issues with the locks phone app. I 100% recommend and will definitely be contacting them for future home repairs.

I have nothing but good things to say. They came out and gave us an estimate for swapping out a window. The tech was nice, professional, easy to talk to. We got a reasonable quote and decided to go with them. It took a few days for them to respond once we accepted the quote. They were able to get us scheduled just a week later however. The same tech who gave us the quotes did the install. Arrived on time, talked us through any changes and respected keeping the door shut as we have cats. We will definitely be using them in the future.
