Working in customer service for many years, I like to share positive feedback when I can. I know that too often it is only the negative comments people feel compelled to write. Markos Psomos explained the services Rescue Rooter offers, particularly the preventative maintenance program . He was well spoken, knowledgeable, polite and respectful of my time. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at anytime during our conversation. I will definitely turn to Rescue Rooter for any plumbing needs and recommend to friends and family as well.

I called for a possible gas leak and they were able to send someone within a few hours. Nick R found 2 loose connections and tightened them. He was professional and polite and I felt much better after he checked everything. Very happy with this service! Definitely recommend.

The representative (Markos) was very informative about the preventative maintenance required for such a large building. He also gave me several options for updating many of our hands free fixtures. I will definitely be following up on these, as they will pay for themselves over time. Markos was a pleasure to speak with and really took the time to answer all of my questions. I walked away with a wealth of knowledge and understanding. Thank you.
