Dr. Camille and the staff at NCNM have been extraordinary in their care of me and my family. Dr. Camille is knowledgeable and explains everything to me in ways I can understand as a non-medical person. It is obvious she cares deeply about the work she does and in helping everyone achieve their most optimal health.

The front office staff are always kind and considerate to everyone who enters. They make sure I am taken care of as soon as I walk in the door.

And the energy of the NCNM House makes me feel instantly "at home" and safe.

Resilience wellness has been a lifesaver. So full of knowledge about health, I have to go through the program over and over and still don’t remember everything that is being taught about health.

They might have great services but you need to know that if you do not give 48 hours or more notice of a cancellation there are no refunds. First I was told on the call to cancel - more than 24 hours (I tried three different ways - text, email and phone more than 24 hours before scheduled time). PERIOD. I had high hopes but need to either change or cancel an appointment and did so more than 24 hours in advance but they stated 48 hours when I went to cancel. They don't tell you that when you are making the appointment. An expensive lesson learned the hard way. Unfortunate as they claim to be so patient/client friendly. I won't make that mistake again. And I will NEVER become a client. EVERY because of this. Very disappointing.
