I've been going to Reaction Physical Therapy for a couple of weeks now and couldn't be happier. I had originally planned on seeing a therapist I had seen a few years ago for a different injury but then I found out he was no longer working in the area. After doing a Google search for therapists in my area and reading lots of reviews, I decided to try RPT. I've been working with Elizabeth and she is great. She seems very knowledgeable and listens when I voice my questions and concerns. She's even pulled out anatomy books to show me pictures of the areas of my arm that are affected by my injury and how the different exercises work to fix the problems. One thing I really appreciate is that she's professional but also very personable. That's the same way I try to treat people in my job. Another thing I really like is that the location is only a few minutes from my house. I did have an issue with RPT's website when I did my Google search. The website wouldn't come up which made me think they might have gone out of business, but with all the good reviews and being so close to my house, I drove by and checked them out in person. I told Elizabeth about the website problem so she pulled out her laptop and did a search and the site came up right away. The problem was probably me or my computer but I'm glad I didn't let it stop me from going there.
