EDIT: they will charge you for services your didn't receive. No one in the office can speak to you, they make you call out of state, corporate billing where you will get shuffled around. I did not receive the "therapeutic activies" I am being charged for and it's just my word against the PT. You will have no recourse if you need your bill reviewed. As you can see from the review 2 months ago, they didn't do anything at the appointment last an eval. I would avoid this place at all cost, because it will cost you a lot for nothing.
I'll start with, the two people I saw were very friendly.
The assessment felt like a joke. I'm not even sure I would call it an assessment. They barely did anything, barely touched me. Then they both told me they were totally stumped, didn't know what was going on with me. So they printed out a "5 steps to body awareness" that reads like something you would give a 5 yr old. I went in with extreme pain and left with extreme pain. They didn't even give me any exercises to do. Literally got nothing.
I do not recommend this place if you want actual help. When I called to let them know I needed to cancel all further appointments and was getting a second opinion, they didn't care, didn't ask for feedback.
