I purchased this beautiful pink E-bike for my wife on Mother’s Day from Gateway Adventures. Unfortunately they had misplaced the owners manual. Zak at Retrospec when I called said no problem I will email it to you. Within five minutes it was in my hands. I just want to say that their E-bikes are over built. My wife loves the bike but she will never take it off road.

I got the 11 foot Paddleboard and love it! When I received it the gauge was broken on my pump and Zak was very helpful in sourcing a replacement. Very happy with product and customer service!

In my book customer service is always telling about a product and the customer service here is fantastic! We have ordered two bikes this year from Retrospec and have been very happy with our purchases. Both bikes came to the house faster than expected and my kiddos love them. One did come with a ding in the paint but when I reached out on a Saturday night they responded immediately and offered to replace the bike or give use a discount off our price and send some touch up paint which we ended up doing because the kiddo in question didn't want to wait lol. The second bike was perfect but our kiddo managed to take a tumble within two days of getting the bike and tore up the seat. When I reached out to see if I could purchase a replacement seat, they immediately got back to me and just shipped a new one free of charge.
