Most of the employees have been pretty nice but I have now gotten a referral with a Lola, totally rude and snotty not very nice and intolerable. Nervous to see how the visitation will pan out as well as her notes of what happens during the visit. Not very flexible or accommodating. Very irritable and snappy. Nervous?? Heck yeah!!!
