Ryan (owner) is pretty cool. If he doesn’t have something you want he can ordered it for you. Super cool, smaller shop and it feels personal when marking a transaction. If you have any questions Ryan is very knowledgeable. Got a semi shotgun and a G19 from him. Once the budget allows I’m going back for a new toy.

I bought an M&P through a private party and had RWW put an optic and a two-pound trigger put on. Once the trigger was replaced, I had a ton of malfunctions. Ryan investigated and discovered that the previous owner had filed the striker too much and that the trigger bar was bent. Ryan not only fixed the problem but took a lot of time dryfiring it and shooting it live to make sure I would not have any more malfunctions. Ryan spent numerous hours testing the gun to make sure it would not cause a jam. He goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. In addition, he is extremely easy to talk to, answers questions in a way you can understand, and his prices are very reasonable. Whether the job is small or big, he gives it all the attention it needs and treats every job like he’s working on a gun worth a million dollars. Whether you need a gun repaired or you are in the market to purchase a gun, RWW should be your first stop. You won’t go anywhere else afterwards!

RWW is the place to go for your firearms needs. Duncan was an absolute professional to work with. He was able to do some custom work for me on a firearm at a truly reasonable price and educate me on further firearms I am interested in. I will definitely be back to have my other firearms customized by him.
