Bought a brand new battery last April, went to start the seadoo this year and the battery went bad. Took it to Rex battery (were it was bought) to have them do a deep charge through Monday evening and bought a new battery also.
Went back on Tuesday to retrieve my battery on the deep cell charger and they told me it was dead and there was nothing they could do.
I asked about a warranty or if they would discount another battery considering I bought it last year, and then just bought another saturday.
They wouldn’t work with me and let me leave.
