Our encounters with this doctor left us with an impression of a person with no compassion and an acute interest in quickly resorting to ending the patient’s life through high doses of narcotics. As a matter of fact he seemed to be the ‘ go to doctor ‘ for hastening the death of patients deemed incurable yet with varied lengths of time to live. He appeared quite eager to offer the so called ‘ comfort care ‘ ie death by increasing administration of narcotics long before and while other doctors were offering more palliative care.

Dr. Dehkordi is the most kind, warm and compassionate Doctor with whom I have ever worked. He went out of his way to comfort me with my situation. I could feel his care and concern in his eyes. Dr. Dehkordi demonstrates the highest regard for human life and a person's well-being, which may entail making the ill individual more comfortable rather than enduring pain and continued suffering while iundergoing treatment. Recently, the compassionate care Dr. Dehkordi provided to patient Walter A Craig for years resulted in a donation of $4 Million to Providence Mission Hospital to build a Palliative Care Center. Now that is an amazing, deserving Doctor. Thank you always for being there, Dr. Dehkordi. 5+
