Used Rick for a total gut remodel. Very happy with the finished plan. He answered all my concerns and explained what codes or safety concerns interfered with some of my ideas. He did a very thorough job and the plans breezed through plan check. The entire project would have been faster if not for local fires and Covid putting a strain on availability of the trades. He worked well with my contractor. Great guy to work with. Highly recommend.
