Rob has been our web master for years now, doing an excellent, professional job. Rob not only completes tasks quickly and efficiently, he takes the time to explain how to do things so we can do some of the work ourselves. We love doing business with Rob.

We were looking for some IT help and not only got that with RH Tech, but we got quite a bit more. Anyone that has worked with a great IT person knows the two most important things are response time and knowledge. He is not only extremely responsive but if he doesn’t know how to fix something, he’ll figure it out and get it fixed. Things that were outside his purview were taken on as a challenge and resolved. Not every IT person will be an expert on everything, but the fact that he does the legwork to find out what the problem is (then documents it and turns that documentation over to you in case you need to refer to it again), is the key difference. RH Tech has been an immense help and really saved us when transitioning from one MSP to another. RH Tech is also very customer centric. He knows how to talk to the end users and can train them on how to manage the particular issue. Can't say enough good things!
