Horrible service left 48 hats exact to get done they kept delaying it took a month just to get a sample they took about 4 months to get them all done with horrible communication throughout that time they messed up about 6 of the hats and still turned them in to me in a bad condition quality is not what you expect it to be it is really bad I would highly not recommend this place such a horrible experience I regret working with them and will never again very unprofessional and unorganized definitely can find way better places that don’t give you excuses over and over and the actually give you what you’re paying for waste of my money and time for real.👎whoever says they have some good work and service is a straight liar

Bad costumer service, I placed an order and paid deposit and then I never heart back for months, I kept calling and texting and they just ignored me, I went back a second time in person and I just finally got my deposit back.. so much time wasted :/ very unfortunate
