My computer stopped working at a crucial moment. Richard figured out a problem with the video card, and even lent me a video card while its replacement was en route. Great service, and they are highly professional, would recommend!

I was in a bind and Richard got me back up and running without any headaches. He was honest and up front with pricing. We got a new printer and 3 new computers at work. We had our own private domain emails etc. Richard got the printer setup with all its functions, + scan to email which is more difficult when using private business emails. It was no sweat for Richard. Lastly he copied over all data from the old computers to the new ones and created extra hot keys and tabs to make our lives a little easier. Thank you Richard!

Great experience - I really felt like Richard was first and foremost trying to help me solve my internet installation problems. He was happy to consult on the phone, patiently waited while I got my act together after advising on the equipment and pre-work I needed to do, and then promptly arrived on time and assisted with excellent professionalism and reasonable prices. Will definitely hit him up again if I need additional help with anything similar. Thanks Richard!
