I thought I would be in and out in a month, but it took 3 months to finally get set up in a new house. Everything at RSSS was easy - set up, payments, moving out. Staff are great! I would definitely use Richland Secure Self Storage again in the future.

From the word go, this is has been the single best storage place I have used. Days after renting I recived a personal phone call to see if everything was good by the owners. And when it came tome to leave I was able to call them directly on a Saturday to tell them the unit was cleared out. The security cameras and fences really make me feel my stuff was safe 100 % of the time I was in a other state.
If you ever need storage look no further, with on-line set-up and billing, renting here could not be easier
I have told and will keep telling people of this great storage rental as long as can.

The storage facility is clean, secure, continuely maintained & monitored, and improvements are always being implemented. The customer care is outstanding and communication is professional. The company constantly exceeds my expectations in many ways!! Should a question or concern ever occur it is addressed immediately and I've never been disappointed. (I've been a customer for over a year.) It is evident in their actions that they care about each tenant. I have rented from other storage facilities and RSSS is by far the very best! I wouldn't rent anywhere else.
