This place came highly recommended from family with great reviews but when I brought my car to them several items in my car were poorly treated and broken. As well they neglected to call me back about my quote for 1-2 days after the car they had completed it which cost me an entire 3-day weekends worth of time. After addressing my concerns with the manager he continually tried to pass this problem off on others such as the tow company or the accident. I will never take my car here again and I advise you do the same.

I am Extremely unhappy! Getting our car in to be fixed, was quick and easy. However, what was supposed to be a 3 day job has now turned into a week and a half now, with no clue how much longer its going to be there. Supposedly the employee who was working on our car is having some personal life problems, so our car is just sitting there. I sympathize with them, BUT that is Not our problem. I called last Thursday, it had more damage under the bumper that had to be repaired...told me a few more days...ok fine. Called again Monday morning, the car was Supposedly in the paint department. Called again today Wednesday, now it still being repaired. They can't give me an eta for how much longer they're going to be "repairing" it. They had No issues charging our insurance more money for the extra repairs, but didn't even have the common sense to call Us... the owners of the car to inform us. Meanwhile, we're paying out of pocket for a rental. (Our fault for not adding rental coverage) But I mean come on. I wish I had read all the negative reviews for this place and I would of taken our car somewhere else! I half expected it to take a week, we were O.K with that. But now they HOPE to have it done by the end of the week. Save yourself some trouble and time! Do Not Go Here! Apparently they have Too much work, and Not enough employees to do it.

My cars radio is not the same since they replaced my antenna. Somehow one speaker got either blown out or wiring went wrong who knows. Didn’t want to waste anymore time. Thanks for replacing my part. Would recommend looking somewhere else for work to done.
