Kati was great. I had never been inside our Rich’s before in my 15 years in Seattle. It was finally time for me to pick out some new patio furniture. I thought I was going into just explore. But from the minute, I walked in she was helpful and friendly and helped guide the process. I love that they take care of everything from putting the furniture together to delivering it. All went smoothly and I’m super happy with my choice.

Terrific service from Pat! She helped me get a replacement for the cracked ceramic burner on my no quite 2 year old Propane stove. I bought my first Propane Stove from Rich’s Lynwood over 25 years ago and then two years ago I replaced it with a new one from Rich’s. I love my stove and Pat provided great customer service, Helping me every step of the way. Thank you!
