Rich's had the perfect dining set for our needs, in stock, delivered within 3 days to our home. What strikes me about the folks at Rich's is everyone, from the salespeople, warehouse staff, to the delivery people, is very accommodating, knowledgable and super friendly. We love to entertain friends and family on our deck and enjoy our wonderful outdoor furnishings from Rich's. I highly recommend Rich's to anyone.

Jennifer Grey, the store manager, is a constant, smart, and reliable presence, making sure things are done as promised. Purchase, service, exchange—all done with clarity, integrity, and knowledge-not to mention good humor. When you do business there, ask for her. She’ll get you to the right person, or will do it or get it herself.

Purchased a hot tub with salesperson Jennifer Grey who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and flexible to our needs. Delivery and setup went smoothly with good delivery people.
