I own a house that is managed by a management company. Ricks appliance was sent out by the management company to perform repairs. And again a few weeks later and for a third time a few weeks later. Each time charging for repair for the same problem. Ricks appliance will NOT honor warranty. I ended up replacing the 6 year old fridge. Tried calling the owner of Ricks appliance but the owner is never available and does not call customers back. As the owner of this property, I have instructed the management company that I’m very happy with to black list ricks appliance. Ricks appliance will never do work in my property again.

Great service! They showed up on time and gave me an honest opinion, that my old machine wasn’t worth fixing. I ended up buying a new Speed Queen washer that they had in stock!

Ricks Appliance is THE REAL DEAL!!! The technician Richard was so competant and professional. He showed up for my appointment on time, explained to me simply and clearly what was wrong with my dryer, (a clogged vent which also can be a fire hazard I learned!) He fixed the issue quickly and even cleaned up all the nasty dryer lint surrounding my machine. I've dealt with others and these guys are simply the best in the area!!
