Rick was hired by the people I was buying a house from. He showed up late each day and left early. The first couple of days he had a helper until the helper stopped coming due to an injury and instead of getting someone else to help him he tried to do it all himself. I ended up taking a week off work to get the job done so we could close on time. His overall quality of work was very very very bad!! He used 3 different kinds of caulking on the window trim I had to replaced and within 2 weeks it cracked and I had to take it all out and re caulk everything he did. I brought to his attention of an area that he was not going to replace that should have as per agreement, and he screamed at me and told me he would walk off. Several days he forgot essential tools for his trade and had to use mine. He actually tried to use auto body filler behind the siding around a couple of windows to hide the OSB rot he was hired to replace. While replacing some of the siding he broke the a/c unit drain pipe and said nothing about it. He had to repair some drywall in the ceiling of the living room. It doesn't even come close to matching the existing texture and when he painted it, he got paint all over the wood stove, the tile around the stove, and on the floor. We even had his foot prints when he walked in in and tracked it all over the nice cork floors. I could go on for days of all the bad things that this contractor did to this house. Do yourself a huge favor.... Dont use him for anything..
