I would not recommend this place to anybody. I came to transfer the title to my truck and the old lady in the back is the rudest person I've came across in years. She was condescending, Rude, and very disrespectful. If I would have had time to go someplace else I would have but I will never come to this place again.

The hometown hardware store that I been searching for! This store is a real treasure - and by the way they have a vehicle licensing kiosk in the store. I was in the other day, picking up a paintbrush but also just looking around. The young man who offered to help me also told me that the owner is willing to special order anything I don't see. He said that if there warehouse can get it, the owner will bring it to Grandview for me. I never thought I would get so lucky in my new hometown. I am over the top amazed at their friendliness and customer service. Thanks!!!

The stars are for the True Value employees they’re helpful and generally nice people. You can tell they are happy people. The DMV lady on the other hand is a smart-a and rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she’s always like that? Please be happier and nice to people. If not just do the job and you don’t have to make rude comments. After all I only went there since the other local tab re-newal places were closed or further out. Next time I would probably just drive somewhere else and avoid her. Beware!! LOL
