Unfortunately for the Doctors and Nurses the problem is the system, not the employees. I’ve had plenty of bad incidents in that place. But this last time I ran into a doctor that made all difference - an emergency doctor that wouldn’t let me go until he had an idea of what was going on. My spine was having nerve issues. Thank you Dr. Khobar for all your help - a spinel issue that got me into the right place at a decent time. Very refreshing that he wouldn’t give up and not just wheel me out to the hall.

Most of the bad reviews here are because of the wait times, which isn't really fair I think to base a 1 star review off of - medical workers are over worked and understaffed so it's natural that you will have to wait a while in ER.

My time in the ER was a 3 hours, every single member of staff was kind, understanding and sympathetic towards me needs and problems, and they dealt with me in a top degree of manner. I was seen to in a decent time and had all my worries taken care of, felt leaving much better and very thankful to all the staff! Hospital was also very clean and well equipped!

Much thanks to everyone in the ER for the help, this hospital was much better than others I've been to over the years.

I arrived around 7:30am, intake happened right away as the ER waiting area was empty. After 90 minutes a doctor examined me and ordered a CT scan. I had to wait 3 hours for the scan and another 3 hours for diagnosis and prescription. That might seem like a long time but considering how busy the ER got with more urgent cases and triage being a continuous process throughout the day, I'm completely satisfied with my care. I received a thorough written report, and, had this rare benign condition been misdiagnosed, I could have been unnecessarily hospitalized. Kudos to all the doctors, nurses, housekeepers, orderlies, mechanics, security, and volunteers keeping this place running 24/7.
