Ridgefield is turning into a great place to be from. Ugly buildings going up everywhere. A third grader designed the new police station with their lego set.

City of ridgefield has been great to work with. Didn't realise I needed a permit for a covered deck and Jim worked with me to resolve any problems I had. All they want is to have you do things right and they are more than willing to help you with this. Please remember people that it's not the employees who might be making things hard on you but maybe it's you not doing things safe and right that's the problem.

So disappointed with the city development in Ridgefield. Too much growth, too fast at the expense of the established green spaces (forests, pastures, wetlands, farms, etc) & wildlife. No infrastructure to deal with growth either. They put the cart before the horse on that one. Need the infrastructure 1st if you are going to demolish the land (in a time of climate change? Not a good idea). Too many people & no solution to traffic.
