This is a must stop kind of place. We're from NY visiting mount baker, on our way out of the park we were looking for a delicious hearty meal, most restaurants immediately outside are a pub\bar type of restaurant, not really what we were looking for. A little bit further down we saw Rifugio's and decided to stop. The food is high quality, and the ambience is amazing. Definitely going there when we find ourselves in this area.

My wife and I just finished dinner at Rifugio's and it was fantastic. Family owned and operated restaurant that makes you feel at home with the cozy ambiance and delicious heart-warming food. We had the mushroom bruschetta to start, and then the bolognese lasagna and the sea scallops that were on special. Every bite was amazing. Strawberry tiramisu was perfect way to finish the meal. They also have a new airbnb onsite. 11/10

Five star surprise. Randomly saw the building on the side of the road in the am. Knew we wanted to stop by on way back for dinner. An amazing experience. I had the smoked chicken Marsala and was one of the best things I’ve eaten this year. Staff was great and engaging. Had appetizer, wine, and dessert as well. All great! Eat here.
