In a world where stories of bad mechanics who attempt to con their customer are all to common it's great to have a honest and very skillful option that you can trust will be accurate, fair and efficient. Rigby Automotive is the shop every automotive repair business should aspire to be like. These guys are dependable, honest and they do what they can to keep costs low. This is where I take my vehicles for repair and this shop is a valuable resource for Yakima. This is a no-brainer recommendation!!

Roger gives a very detailed explanation of what he finds when repairing or diagnosing my 2003 Volkswagen Jetta VR6. Since moving here, I've gone to him for my serpentine belt and tensioner when it blewon me, a small coolant pipe that was moderately leaking, and most recentley my AC compressor which was quoted readonably lower than one of the bigger companies that diagnosed the AC for repair cost for me. I will continue to return to him for my issues and repair needs as long as he is open

Absolutely the best auto shop I've ever worked with. Incredible pricing and very quick service. You can tell that Rigby is passionate about fixing cars and he does a wonderful job. I've taken many different vehicles here and my entire family takes our 3 2014+ Subarus here. Better and less expensive service then anywhere I've ever been, especially the dealership.
