Just dropped in without an appointment and asked about having my Purcell sunglasses adjusted, assuming I would leave them and pick them up later. They were immediately adjusted at no charge. My wife loves the store and their choice of frames and when I need new sunglasses I will be buying them at RiKa.

I love my new glasses! And Rita really went the extra mile for me. First, Kaiser screwed up my prescription, and even though it wasn't her fault, she covered the remake on the lens. Then the lab lost the frames, and she covered that too. Amazing! It's hard to find that kind of customer service these days. If you live in the area, I'd highly recommend Rika Optique. And if you don't live near by, hey, come up to Sonoma for some wine tasting and get your new glasses too.

I had such a wonderful experience with RiKa that I have to share. My 86 year old Mom took a spill and bent the frames of her glasses. Although the glasses were purchased elsewhere Rita generously repaired them at no charge making them once again useable. Her kind gesture and concern for my Mom’s well being speaks volumes. I love supporting local, independent businesses and Rita earned my loyalty on my first visit. I love her selection of frames and plan to purchase my next pair of glasses from RiKa. Thank you Rita!
