My home insurance company contracted them to assess damage to my home. I never got a call from them so I called them. They gave me the number of the assigned engineer. I called him twice, he called back and we agreed on a time. When the day came, he never showed up nor did he call. I called and left him a message and never got a call back. Hope other people's experience is better but I would not recommend.
