Asking and receiving information was incredibly complex and frustrating. Agents NOT calling back as agreed. Problem solving was needlessly extended and not efficient. I love the service. I dread having an issue that I need to call.
Another member of a team who has used RingCentral for 5+ years but cannot seem to matter enough for even a return phone call. We are needing support to resolve a handful of issues, including removing lines we no longer need, but cannot get anyone to return calls, emails, or messages on our portal.
To top it all off, we finally managed to get a video conference scheduled with the only person in the organization who acted like they cared about us (they guy who wanted to help us ADD more lines that we didn't need) after he emailed us. We arranged our schedules to make sure we were there, hoping against hope that maybe we could finally get some help. WRONG!
After waiting almost 20 minutes on the host to join the meeting he had scheduled, we gave up. DO NOT use this company!!! They do not care about customer service!! And, no, I will not email this review to some other email address. If you can't answer the emails we have already sent, why would I even bother sending you another one? Trash company!
Edit: After a couple more months of working like crazy to make our phone system do what it is supposed to do, we have finally made it workable. Carlos is a rock star who calls when he says he will, answers emails, and actually cares what it is the customer wants. He is the ONLY reason our company is still using RC. After all our work to fix this, a RC agent accessed our company account and made a host of changes including deleting one of our key phone numbers. It has been a nightmare. RC should seriously consider replacing most of their team and all their leadership. If they promoted Carlos and put him in charge, this company might actually become a decent place. Until then, beware.
